Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. The packaging of the products may vary from that shown on images on our website.

    9. Product Prices and Payment:

  9. The prices of the products will be as quoted on our website. We take all reasonable care to ensure that prices shown in our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to dispatch of the products, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price.
  10. Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a shipping confirmation email. The price of a product includes applicable GST taxes. The price of a product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges as may be applicable and shall be charged extra for out of Maharashtra state.
  11. Payment for products ordered can be made by any method shown in this website at the time you place your order. All payments are taken in Indian Rupees. All purchases are inclusive of taxes at the prevailing rate.

  14. We will confirm our acceptance to you of your order by sending you a shipping confirmation email/SMS to the email address/mobile number you have given to us when submitting your order (Dispatch Confirmation).

If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our website, we will not process that product order, and you will receive notification for the same with the rest of your order if there are other products in that order.

  16. The costs and methods of delivery will be displayed to you on the individual product pages and during checkout.
  17. Ordered products will normally be delivered within the time set out, unless otherwise notified to you by us, and in any event, within 7 working days after the date on which we accept your order.
  18. We are not responsible for delays due to events outside our control and, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
  19. Our products will only be delivered in India. Users from outside of India, purchasing our products must indicate a delivery address in India where the products can be delivered. If you choose to access the Website from other locations other than India, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws, rules and regulations as may be applicable.

    20. Our liability to Consumer:

  20. We understand that you are purchasing the products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

    21. Returns & Replacement Policy:

  21. we offer return or replacement of products that can be initiated within 05 days from the date of delivery.
  22. Returns/replacements are accepted for unused products only.
  23. Kindly ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached.
  24. The maximum product quantity allowed for returns or replacement is the quantity invoiced.
  25. IBP login id or Product cancellation 35 % amount will get deducted from product invoice in form of shipping, admin and miscellaneous charges.
  26. Exchange or replacement of product extra shipping charges will be charged from IBP. For E.g. (due to size, colour or wrong product selection etc…)
  27. Before calming for any request regarding the product kindly make a video of unboxing the product otherwise claim will not be settled.

  30. You will be entitled to request for cancellation of the order and the amount if any paid by you for that order shall be either refunded or a credit note be issued as per the cancellation term and conditions mentioned.

    31. Payout

  31. Every Friday closing, payout on every week Monday (In case if Monday is a bank holiday, then it will get credited on next working day).
  32. 10% Admin and TDS deduction applicable.

    33. Our Right to vary these terms:

  33. We may revise these Terms at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order. We will post the new version of the Terms on the Website and any orders placed after this time will be subject to the new version.
  34. You shall be solely responsible the safe keeping of your login ID and password. You confirm that all the information provided by you are complete, true and accurate. We shall not be liable for any consequence that may follow due to any incomplete false or inaccurate information provided by you.
  35. You shall be solely responsible for any consequence that may arise If you share your login details or allow others to have access to your account on the Website
  36. We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organization, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. This contract is between you and us. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing.No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
  37. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
  39. These terms are governed by Indian law any dispute arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive courts in Navi Mumbai Jurisdiction.
